The Goal

The Flyford Story

Flyford Connect began with our founder and Director Phil’s early fascination with technology in the mid-90s, when he was fixing PCs long before IT support was common. That curiosity grew into a passion through hands-on networking and early online gaming, shaping a belief that technology should bring people together seamlessly.

As Phil’s career developed across universities, schools, and small businesses, he saw too many IT providers prioritising profit over trust, inspiring a different approach: IT should help businesses truly understand and get value from their technology, not just fix problems.

Starting with just Phil and a commitment to doing IT the right way, Flyford grew through word of mouth, later strengthened by Phil’s brother James and a growing team. Today, as Flyford continues to expand, our people-first ethos remains the same—honest, accessible support, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to our clients’ success.
