- Response times may vary depending on the agreed support package
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and reasonable access to systems where required
- Some issues may depend on third-party providers, software vendors, or internet service providers
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining secure passwords and account credentials
- Ensuring your staff use systems responsibly
- Backing up critical data unless backup services are specifically included
- Informing us promptly of security incidents or suspicious activity
- Ensuring any provided content or data does not infringe third-party rights
6. Cybersecurity
While we implement reasonable security measures and may provide cybersecurity services, no system can be guaranteed as completely secure.
Flyford Connect cannot guarantee protection against all cyber threats, attacks, data breaches, or unauthorised access.
Customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate internal security procedures and staff awareness.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Services may involve third-party software, hardware, cloud platforms, telecommunications providers, or external vendors.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party outages or failures
- Changes made by external providers
- Third-party software licensing terms
- Losses caused by services outside of our control
Use of third-party services may also be subject to separate terms and conditions.
8. Fees & Payments
Where Services are chargeable:
- Fees will be agreed in advance
- Invoices must be paid within the stated payment terms
- Late payments may result in suspension of Services
- All pricing may be subject to VAT where applicable
Recurring services may renew automatically unless otherwise agreed.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, designs, documentation, and materials provided by Flyford Connect remain the intellectual property of Flyford Connect unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flyford Connect shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

- Downtime caused by third-party providers
- Cybersecurity incidents beyond reasonable control
Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant Services during the previous 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
11. Data Protection & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties unless required by law or necessary for service delivery.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Services if:
- These Terms are breached
- Payments remain overdue
- Services are used unlawfully or abusively
- Continued provision of Services presents a security or operational risk
Customers may terminate Services in line with any agreed notice periods or contractual commitments.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
